Julia started out at NHC in the fall of 1995 as a receptionist. Julia’s dedication and extra effort allowed her to work her way from receptionist/office assistant up to her present position of Personal Lines Manager.

Since earning her insurance license, Julia has since received her CISR (Certified Insurance Service Representative) designation as well as her CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor) designation.

Always wanting to know more, Julia will continue her insurance education towards her CPRM (Certified Personal Risk Manager) adding to her considerable knowledge.  Julia’s favorite part of the job is when a client hangs up saying “Thank You, it makes sense now”.

Julia is also part of a local BNI Networking Chapter where she serves as the Chapters Personal Insurance Guru.  Julia is also a member of the San Pedro Chamber of Commerce and she’s about helping build her community.  Julia truly enjoys alleviating her client’s insurance headaches, reducing their stress and helping them rest easier when coverages or premiums are a concern.

An avid sports fan, Julia has been a huge supporter of the Denver Broncos since 1988. Julia has 2 kids, her son Michael, 24 and her daughter Megan, 30 who is a Sargent in the US Army, HOOAH. Julia is obsessed with her family of NFL Dogs; Decker and KC. One thing most people don’t know about Julia is she is terrified of snakes!

Patty came to NHC Insurance Services on Valentine’s Day of 2002 – how sweet is that?! She got her Insurance License in 2004, at which time she moved into the Personal Lines Department.

She assists the Personal Lines team with all types of changes and quotes. Patty is also the personal insurance department’s Claims Specialist.

She is bilingual, which helps many Spanish speaking clients understand their coverages. Patty’s work is appreciated by so many that all of our clients speak very highly of her.

She has been married since 1997 to her prince charming! She loves to cook and entertain her family and friends.

Whatever free time she has, she loves to take advantage and take relaxing vacations to explore the world. What girl doesn’t?!

Renee began her career at NHC as a part time file clerk in early 1998, quickly proving herself valuable.

Renee was asked to come aboard as a full time Receptionist/Office Assistant two months later.

She received her Agent’s license four months later and began sales and service in the Personal Lines department. Shortly after she received her CISR designation in 2000 and has since worked her way up to being a partner at NHC.

Renee enjoys taking care of existing clients as well as selling new business.

She loves to educate clients on the importance on being properly insured. She also finds that customers are very appreciative of the time and care NHC takes in providing these services.

Renee spends her free time with her kids, family and friends having huge Family get-togethers or living it up at the River.

Sunshine Justiniano began working for NHC back in 2003 as the front desk receptionist. One year later she obtained her Fire & Casualty Broker license and has been working in the Commercial Department ever since.

She is truly the back bone of the Commercial Department. Her helpful, sociable, and charismatic personality makes it easy for her to provide top tier service to her clients.

She likes the challenge that the constant evolution of insurance laws provides, always keeping her on her toes. Helping her clients and building business relationships is her favorite part of the commercial department.

Sunshine is a lifelong San Pedran. She has been happily married to her husband Rick for 19 years.

She loves spending time with her 3 children. Whether it be on the baseball / softball field, on vacation, or simply at home you will never see Sunshine without her family.
